TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE BREWIN DOLPHIN NORTHERN GOLFER GOLF MEMBERSHIP PRIZE DRAW

  1. This prize draw is organised by Brewin Dolphin Limited (“Brewin Dolphin” or “we”) of 12 Smithfield Street, London, EC1A 9BD, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (registered number 124444). By entering this prize draw, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
  2. The prize draw will be available for entry from October 10 2019 (“Opening Date”) to 11:59pm January 31 2020 (the “Closing Date”).
  3. To enter the prize draw please complete the official online form.
  4. There is a limit of only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person or bulk entries are not allowed.
  5. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. In addition, any incomplete entries will also automatically be disqualified.
  6. Brewin Dolphin cannot accept any responsibility for entries not successfully completed, submitted or received due to a technical fault of any kind or if for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs. We will also not be able to accept proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the prize draw.
  7. The prize draw is free to enter and is open to all UK, Jersey and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 years and over, except employees of any Brewin Dolphin group company, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw as well as members of their families.
  8. The winner will be the first entrant/s selected at random by an independent person within five working days of the prize draw Closing Date. There will be one winner selected.
  9. The prize is a renewal of an existing golf membership. Open to existing members only, and valid only at the club at which they are currently members, and at the same membership level. If membership for the coming period has already been renewed, Brewin Dolphin will seek to either reimburse to the value of that membership or defer the prize to the next renewal period. Prizes are subject to availability and must be accepted as offered. No cash alternative to prizes will be offered and the prize is not negotiation or transferable. However, we reserve the right to substitute a prize with an alternative of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
  10. The winner is responsible for all expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize(s), including (where applicable) any necessary travel expenses and arrangements.
  11. We will announce the winner via social media and winners will be notified within ten working days (10) days of the Closing Date via email or the phone number provided. If we are unable to contact the winner or the winner fails to respond to us within five (5) working days of the original email/ phone call, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  12. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw. We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so. Any Brewin Dolphin decision associated with this prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
  13. We will only process your personal information as set out in the prize draw entry form.
  14. This prize draw is governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
